Abstract
Las plataformas e-commerce son una ventana para levantar los emprendimientos de una manera sólida, dentro de este proyecto a través de los conceptos de innovación, creación de plataformas digitales y la navegabilidad, permite ofertar y promocionar los productos de vestimenta de la empresa Sueños Otavalito, contribuyendo así a un crecimiento económico de la misma. Determinando en la investigación objetivos claros que le permita avanzar en su desarrollo, planteándose así la creación de una tienda de e-commerce para Sueños Otavalito en el que se desarrollan varias estrategias que le permita al usuario mejorar su experiencia en adquirir productos en línea, creando así una encuesta para analizar el impacto y la satisfacción de esta implementación. Para lo cual la metodología que se usó es inductiva, el método deductivo y método analítico, en el cual se obtiene como dato relevante el 50% de la población hace uso de algunas plataformas digitales para adquirir productos en los cuales se destaca la compra de ropa. De modo que un portal web permite la intermediación para publicar productos que sean de necesidad para el cliente, por lo que se concluyó en la investigación la capacitación del uso de las plataformas.
E-commerce platforms are a window to raise ventures in a solid way, with in this project through the concepts of innovation, creation of digital platforms and navigability, it allows offering and promoting the clothing products of the Sueños Otavalito company, thus contributing to its economic growth. Determining in the research clear objectives that allow it to advance in its development, thus considering the creation of an e-commerce store for Sueños Otavalito in which several strategies are developed that allow the user to improve their experience in purchasing products online, creating thus a survey to analyze the impact and satisfaction of this implementation. For which the methodology used is inductive, the deductive method and analytical method, in which relevant data is obtained: 50% of the population uses some digital platforms to purchase products in which the purchase of clothing stands out. So that a web portal allows intermediation to publish products that are necessary for the client, which is why training in the use of the platforms was concluded in the research.
