Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar actividades didácticas en la ejercitación de la memoria y atención en el ámbito lógico matemático en los niños de 4 años de educación inicial del Centro GAE S.A.S., esto para favorecer el desarrollo integral en niños y niñas de 4 años. La metodología que se utilizó fue de diseño mixto ya que permitió la recolección de información de los 10 niños a través de una guía de observación y una entrevista al docente. Los resultados obtenidos de la observación de mostraron que el 70% de los infantes tienen dificultades en recordar la relación de número- cantidad hasta el 10, el 80% en identificar semejanzas y diferencias en objetos del entorno con criterios de forma color y tamaño. En la entrevista se identificó que, las dificultades que presentan los niños en la adquisición de habilidades lógico- matemáticas, son los momentos de distracción y de olvido de instrucciones. Al realizar el análisis cuantitativo mediante la utilización del Chi cuadrado indica que no hay evidencia suficiente para rechazar la hipótesis nula (H0) ya que el nivel de significancia es 5%, esto sugiere que los niños que no realizan actividades didácticas no muestran mejores habilidades en el ámbito lógico-matemático. Se concluyó que, el diseño de las actividades didácticas propuestas son un componente importante para abordar estas dificultades.
The present research aims to design didactic activities in the exercise of memory and attention in the logical-mathematical field in 4-year-old children of early education of the GAE S.A.S. Center, in order to promote the integral development of 4-year-old boys and girls. The methodology used was a mixed design since it allowed the collection of information from the 10 children through an observation guide and an interview with the teacher. The results obtained from the observation showed that 70% of the children have difficulties in remembering the number-quantity relationship up to 10, 80% in identifying similarities and differences in objects in the environment with criteria of shape, color and size. In the interview it was identified that the difficulties that children have in the acquisition of logical-mathematical skills are the moments of distraction and forgetting instructions. When performing the quantitative analysis using the Chi square test, it is indicated that there is not enough evidence to reject the null hypothesis (H0) since the significance level is 5%. This suggests that children who do not carry out didactic activities do not show better skills in the logical-mathematical field. It was concluded that the design of the proposed didactic activities is an important component to address these difficulties.
