    The objective of this study is to understand the factors that contribute to the emergence of academic-related stress and to evaluate the level of stress experienced by students at the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Consulting Group Ecuador. This topic caught our attention because many students report feeling stressed by their academic load during classes, where most are unable to sleep, feel tired and unmotivated, and experience many other emotional disturbances that negatively impact their academic performance on a daily basis. To identify these factors and determine the students' level of academic stress, I conducted a Google Forms survey targeting a sample of 37 students at the aforementioned institution. The questionnaire assessed the nursing students' level of academic stress.
